Filming for Stranger Things 4 has resumed!
When filming for Stranger Things 4 first started, we were treated to a short teaser that confirmed David Harbour’s return as Hopper after seemingly dying at the end of season 3. Of course, filming on Stranger Things 4 didn’t last long due to the worldwide pandemic, but Netflix has now shared an exciting update.
Today marks the first day of October and it seems fitting that Netflix would announce that filming on Stranger Things 4 has resumed. Netflix also shared a neat behind-the-scenes image of the Upside Down to celebrate us getting closer to seeing the upcoming season. You can see the behind-the-scenes image from Hawkins below.

Here is the official synopsis for the third season of Stranger Things:
“It’s 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, and summer’s heating up. School’s out, there’s a brand new mall in town, and the Hawkins crew are on the cusp of adulthood. Romance blossoms and complicates the group’s dynamic, and they’ll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart. Meanwhile, danger looms. When the town’s threatened by enemies old and new, Eleven and her friends are reminded that evil never ends; it evolves. Now they’ll have to band together to survive, and remember that friendship is always stronger than fear.”
