More ‘Suicide Squad’ Concept Art Reveals King Shark In Action

Additional Suicide Squad concept art by Peter Mitchell Rubin offers fans a new at King Shark in action and much more!

Earlier today, new Suicide Squad concept art offered fans a look at designs for King Shark, a DC villain who was ultimately excluded from the team-up film. Now, additional concept illustrations feature King Shark unleashing chaos on the streets and early concepts for scenes such as Joker’s torturing of Harley Quinn.

The first Suicide Squad featured an ensemble cast that included Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, and Jared Leto as The Joker, all three of whom were expected to reprise their roles in the sequel before James Gunn became involved in the project. Although Suicide Squad earned mixed reviews, at best, the film became a box office hit for DC with a worldwide gross of $750 million.
