‘Suicide Squad’ Director David Ayer Reveals The Identity Of Those Weird-Looking Creatures

One of the things that fans have been wondering about David Ayer’s Suicide Squad is who’s going to be the main villain of the movie besides Jared Leto’s Joker. That’s a mystery that has been surrounding the movie for a while now, but in the latest issue of Total Film, the director offers up a few clues as to who or what it might be.

Remember those weird-looking creatures from the last two trailers? The director of the movie refers to them as “The Eyes Of The Adversary.” While that doesn’t really reveal anything about the identity of the main antagonist, other than the fact that they’re his/hers henchmen, producer Charles Roven told Total Film the following about them:

Let’s just say, when they’re called in to do this mission by Amanda, these are one of the things they encounter. They don’t know how they got here, but they’re weird and dangerous and yet they’re wearing military uniforms.

I doubt that the person behind them is actually called “The Adversary” and even that name doesn’t really ring a bell, so the identity of the villain remains a mystery… for now. I also don’t think that it’s the Enchantress who’s pulling the strings, but instead something much bigger. What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments below.
