By now, most fans are familiar with the problems Henry Cavill’s mustache caused after Paramount reportedly refused to let the actor shave off his facial hair for Justice League reshoots. While the infamous mustache continues to be a topic of interest for some baffling reason, Henry Cavill has shaved it off, but suggests that it could return in the future:
“The mustache had its moment. Maybe someday it will return but that will probably a while.”
Because Henry Cavill wasn’t allowed to shave off his mustache for the Justice League reshoots, Warner Bros. had to digitally remove his facial hair, which resulted in noticeably poor CGI for Superman’s face.
