The Arrowverse’s own version of Superman first appeared in the form of Tyler Heochlin’s version of the character in the second season of Supergirl. After this appearance, many wondered if his version of the character could get his own show. The show’s third season introduced Elizabeth Tulloch’s Lois Lane who would go on to become a reoccurring character in the Arrowverse.
Last year we learned that a new show starring Tyer Heochlin’s and Elizabeth Tulloch’s was in development before being ordered straight to series. Since then the people behind the show have been putting out the occasional poster and have now given Elizabeth Tulloch’s Lois Lane her own poster with a caption that gives us a hint as to what to expect from the character. Full details on The CW‘s Superman & Lois being kept under wraps, but the series is described as revolving “around the world’s most famous superhero and comics’ most famous journalist [as they] deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.” In addition to Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lane, the series stars Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin as their sons, Dylan Walsh as General Sam Lane, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang and Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing. Written by The Flash showrunner Todd Helbing, Superman & Lois will be executive produced by Helbing, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Geoff Johns.
