Fans Spots Tesseract Easter Egg In Robert Downey Jr.’s ‘Iron Man 2’

A Marvel fan pointed out a Tesseract easter egg in Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man 2.

Throughout the first ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe story, the Tesseract has served as a key item right up until Thanos obtained the powerful item and added it to his collection of Infinity Stones. While the Tesseract first appeared in Thor and chronologically debuted in Captain America: First Avenger, a Marvel fan reminded others that the item was first seen as a drawing in Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man 2.

At one point during the film, Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man is reading through the notebook of his father Howard Stark. One of the pages in the notebook features a drawing of the Tesseract that can be seen in Howard Stark’s notes.
