Film Critic Has The Perfect Job For Thanos At The Academy Awards

LA Times film critic Justin Chang has the perfect idea for what Thanos could do during the Academy Awards ceremony.

It was recently revealed that the Avengers could be making an appearance at the Academy Awards this year. The news arrived after it was announced that there would be no official host for the show, as there has been for previous years, due to the firing of actor Kevin Hart. The comedian was originally supposed to host the show but after a controversy arose due to offensive Tweets from his past, Hart was ultimately fired from the position.

Film critic Justin Chang recently took to Twitter to suggest the perfect job for Avengers: Infinity War villain Thanos (Josh Brolin) during the show. The Mad Titan had the goal of wiping out half of all life in the univese when fans last saw him on the big-screen, which he eventually achieved during the film’s finale. Due to this, Chang suggested that the character could host the In Memoriam section during the Academy Awards. Check out the hilarious Tweet below.

Thanos was briefly featued in the trailer for Avengers: Endgame but it has yet to be revealed how large of a role he’ll play in the film. Fans will finally learn all there is about the secretive event film when it arrives in theaters this summer.
