Via an astute observation from Reddit user eyeamjosh, Thanos is smiling at the end of all three Avengers movies. Of course, there was that evil grin he gave to the camera at the end of Marvel’s The Avengers after his henchman equated messing with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes to courting death. Perhaps the most confounding of the three cameos came as the end tag of Avengers: Age of Ultron where Thanos can be seen grabbing the Infinity Gauntlet and declaring “I’ll do it myself.” Then there was the infamous smirk of satisfaction that crept across the Mad Titan’s face at the end of Infinity War after he successfully annihilated half of all life in the universe.
