‘The Batman’ Filming Location Confirmed With New Set Video

The hairstylist of Catwoman actress Zoe Kravitz shared a new video from the set of Matt Reeves’ The Batman, confirming a filming location for the highly-anticipated movie.

Warner Bros. and DC’s The Batman will feature an ensemble cast of actors tasked with bringing some of the Caped Crusader’s most famous foes to the big screen, including Zoe Kravitz as the iconic cat burglar known as Catwoman. To help bring her incarnation of Catwoman to life in The Batman, it appears Zoe Kravitz has enlisted hairstylist Nikki Nelms.

Nikki Nelms has shared a new video on her Instagram stories feed on the set of The Batman at Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden. While the video from Nelms does not reveal anything about The Batman or Zoe Kravitz’s Catwoman, it does appear to confirm the rumor that the production on the DC film will take place at the famous studio complex.

Full plot details on The Batman are currently under wraps, though the film will center around a younger Bruce Wayne and feature a Rogues’ Gallery of villains that includes Catwoman, The Penguin, and The Riddler. The Matt Reeves film will follow Batman during his formative years as Gotham City’s protector and will make use of the Dark Knight’s detective skills to a greater extent than previous DC films. It is expected to be the first chapter in a new trilogy with Robert Pattinson as Batman.

Directed by Matt Reeves from a script he co-wrote with Mattson Tomlin, The Batman stars Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon, Jayme Lawson as Bella, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, and Peter Sarsgaard.

The Batman will be released in theaters on June 25, 2021.
