While interviewing for the 2018 fantasy sequel Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Ezra Miller was asked about the long-awaited The Flash solo film and he explains that much more exciting things are coming.
A snippet of the interview was uploaded to Twitter by @FlashsoloNews today where Ezra Miller explained that his solo film will introduce a new DC universe and potentially new heroes.

Ezra Miller went on to say this about what The Flash will introduce, which sounds much bigger in scope than some fans were previously expecting:
“We’re talking about sparking a whole new universe. It’s not just the DC multiverse. It’s also the speedster multiverse.”
The DC comics are full of speedsters so there are quite a few speed heroes who could join him on the big screen in a Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse type of way. Sadly, story details on Ezra Miller’s The Flash film are still under wraps at this time.
