Seen at the Star Wars Celebration, two banner images around the stage portray the heroes of the light side and the villains of the dark side. Featured on the dark side’s banner, Pedro Pascal’s The Mandalorian character is seen besides Darth Maul and Captain Phasma. This would seemingly confirm that the character will be a villainous bounty hunter, possibly even an enemy of the Resistance.
Very little is known of what events will transpire during the live-action Disney Plus series, so there is plenty of room for fan speculation. There is still hope that we will see trailer for The Mandalorian before the end of Star Wars Celebration and get a hint as to the show’s plot.

The Disney Plus series The Mandalorian may be the first ever live-action Star Wars series but the franchise has spawned beloved animated series in the past, such as The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels.
