The New Mutants has been on an uphill journey to theaters for several years now. Directed by Josh Boone, The New Mutants has faced so many release date delays that caused some people to believe that the X-Men film wouldn’t even be released at all. This talk was only heightened when Disney bought 20th Century Fox. While Marvel Studios is now under control of the X-Men franchise, The New Mutants will still hit theaters as the last X-Men film from the Fox era.
The first trailer for The New Mutants was released back in 2017, but the second one dropped earlier this year and now a new poster for the movie has arrived. There have been reports that The New Mutants will be reverting back to director Josh Boone’s vision that approached it more as a horror film than the standard X-Men fare. The New Mutants poster definitely expresses this. You can check out The New Mutants poster below.
