‘Deadpool’ Helmer Tim Miller Confirmed To Direct ‘Terminator 6’

Deadpool director Tim Miller is set to take on one of the most iconic franchises in Hollywood as he is now set to collaborate with James Cameron on the sixth installment of the Terminator franchise.

Skydance had scheduled a special Terminator event which will feature a conversation with James Cameron and Tim Miller on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, from 7:30 p.m.– 11:30 p.m. PST. The event will be held at the Paramount Theater on the Paramount Pictures lot at 5555 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90038.

The conversation between Miller and Cameron will be followed by a special screening of Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D which features a 4K restoration of the film for the first time in 3D. You can register for tickets now at Eventbrite.com.

Cameron recently revealed plans to revive the Terminator franchise and reinvent the film series with a new trilogy. The rights to Terminator have changed a few times since the first film hit in 1984, but with some rights reverting back to Cameron in 2019, he plans for a new trilogy come to fruition that will introduce new characters to pass the baton to, however, Arnold Schwarzenegger could still be involved.
