‘Titans’ Actress Conor Leslie Teases Wonder Girl Team-Up With Anna Diop’s Starfire In Season 2

Titans actress Conor Leslie has taken to social media to tease a team-up between Wonder Girl and Anna Diop’s Starfire in the upcoming second season of the DC Universe series.

Production on the highly-anticipated second season of the hit DC series is currently underway in Toronto. Although plot details remain under wraps, the series will be introducing Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke, played by Esai Morales. In addition, Chella Man has joined the series as Deathstroke’s son Jericho, along with Chelsea T. Zhang as Deathstroke’s daughter Rose, and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.

While Conor Leslie is expected to don a Wonder Girl costume in the second season, Anna Diop herself has confirmed she will indeed don a comic book accurate costume as Starfire next season. The original season one finale which is now being recycled as the season premiere for season two was previously revealed to feature Anna Diop in a comic book accurate costume as Starfire.

Titans follows a grown-up Dick Grayson working as a Detective in Detroit, having left his nights with the Caped Crusader long in the past due to having fundamental differences with Batman’s methods and approach to crimefighting before becoming the leader of the heroes known as the Titans.

The first season finale concluded teasing Connor Kent / Superboy and Krypto the Super Dog joining the second season. Production on the next season is underway in and expected to wrap by early September.

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Lindsey Gort as Detective Amy Rohrbach, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Dwain Murphy as Negative Man, Jake Michaels as Cliff Steel, April Bowlby as Elasti-Girl, Bruno Bichir as Dr. Niles Caulder, and Conor Leslie as Wonder Girl, with Curran Walters as Jason Todd.

Titans is now available exclusively on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally. Also, Doom Patrol’s first season is currently streaming on DC Universe. The Swamp Thing and Stargirl are series are currently in development and are expected to come out later this year on DC’s streaming platform.
