Last year at San Diego Comic-Con, many fans got a look at the costumes for the DC Universe series Titans. Initial reactions to the costumes were not great with many fans specifically targeting the costume for actress Anna Diop’s character Kory Anders, a.k.a. Starfire. Many began to harrass Diop on social media, so much so she disabled her comments section due to the negative feedback. However with season two of Titans beginning production, Anna Diop took to twitter yesterday to post a photo of Starfire’s new look.
You can see Anna Diop’s new Starfire look for Titans season two below.
The photo sees Anna Diop’s Starfire with straight hair and a new purple coat. The photo, taken by Anna Diop’s Titans co-star Connor Leslie, has given many hope for the upcoming season. Many fans caught a glimpse of the character’s new look in a Titans promo that aired last year, showing each of the characters in their more comic-accurate suits. While the footage for this was from an unreleased episode of the first season, the new looks will likely be featured in season two of Titans. Are you excited for Anna Diop’s return in Titans season two? Which DC Comics character do you want to see pop up this season? Let us know in the comments!
While season two of Titans is still in production you can watch the first season right now on the DC Universe streaming service. Here is the synopsis for Titans:
