Geoff Johns was at New York Comic Con promoting the upcoming release of Titans, where he reflected back on when Potter sent in tapes to play Tim Drake back when he and Affleck were still working on The Batman:
You can check out a Tim Drake concept video that Potter participated in back in 2016 when Affleck was still attached to direct The Batman down below:
As it stands now, Affleck’s future as the Caped Crusader remains ever-so mysterious. Even though it has been well over a year and a half since he stepped down, it’s still fun imagining how cool it would’ve been if he was still directing and Tim Drake was in fact part of the story. Who knows? Maybe Potter would’ve played him to.
Either way, it was still serendipitous that after sending in Tim Drake tapes, Potter ended up joining a DC property in the end. Are you excited to see him bring Beast Boy to life in Titans?
