‘Titans’ Images Reveal Massive Dick Grayson & Jason Todd Robin Reshoots

These behind-the-scenes images from Titans reveal massive reshoots changing the series and final episodes involving Jason Todd and Dick Grayson’s Robin.

A couple of behind the scenes images were released on Twitter and it shows Brenton Thwaites’ Robin with Curran Waters’ Jason Todd in a location that was integral to one of the final episodes. This is interesting because Grayson burns his suit a few episodes before the Titans series reached this location. You can check out the images below.

During an interview with TVLineTitans’ showrunner Greg Walker helped clarify the future of the show and give an explanation as to how the show arrived at the conclusion it did. Here’s what Walker had to say about the show’s finale:

“A version of that yes. We’re cannibilizing some of the stuff from Episode 12 [for the premiere]. We thought it was such a good cliffhanger at the end of 11, and we wanted to go for an even bigger, better Season 2 opener. We had a big idea, and our friends at DC bought it.”

According to Greg Walker, there was an idea of where the show wanted to go with at the beginning, but as the story began progressing there seem to be some changes needed to make the introduction of Season 2 of the show bigger.

For those who have seen the finale, you may understand this a bit more as Titans’ Season 1 finale ending on a cliffhanger. This was done in order to build more about the villain rather than ending the show with many questions. Though the finale of Titans may have left heads scratching, there should be no worry as the showrunners do know where to go with the story and DC is in on the idea.

What did you think of Titans’ Season 1 finale? Are there any things you’d like to see in Season 2? Share your thoughts below!
