But that’s about to change, as it’s being reported by Variety that streaming giant and future overlord Netflix has acquired the international streaming rights to Titans. With Netflix not being available in China, the series will debut on the platform in every other location aside from there and the United States, where the series is only available on the DC Universe service.
Should the DC Universe streaming service eventually be available internationally, it remains to be seen if this deal with Netflix will still be applicable to programs like Titans and other upcoming series such as Doom Patrol, Stargirl, and Swamp Thing, but what do you think about this development?
If you’re an international viewer, will you now be able to watch the upcoming DC show when it premieres? And if you’re a domestic viewer, what do you think about Netflix now hosting the Titans program on its service abroad? Let us know in the comments below.
Titans stars Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Minka Kelly and Alan Ritchson. The series will premiere on October 12.
