The Flash has featured so many time-traveling storylines that sometimes it can be easy to forget which events have actually happened and which have been erased. During this current fifth season of The CW’s The Flash, Nora West-Allen consistently goes to the future to visit Eobard Thawne (Tom Cavanagh), who was defeated by her father Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in the show’s present timeline.
This latest fan theory regarding the hit Arrowverse series comes from a Reddit post by username Amphae and explains how Tom Cavanagh is able to make his return as the nefarious Eobard Thawne in the future.
