The star recently screamed at crew members for breaking COVID-19 guidelines.
Tensions are clearly high on the Mission: Impossible 7 set after Tom Cruise’s outburst as two members of the crew violated the COVID-19 safety protocols that have been put in place to ensure production continues smoothly. The pair were reportedly stood half a meter apart in front of a monitor which is what set the Mission: Impossible star off into a colorfully furious rant about how much the pandemic has affected the industry as a whole. It’s important to note that the actor also threatened to fire the culprits on the spot (as well as anyone else on the crew) if the rules were broken again.
But a new report from The Sun suggests that Tom Cruise has decided to take an early break from working on Mission: Impossible 7, and has flown to Miami for the holidays with his son Connor. The report also claimed that Cruise fired off into another furious outburst when he found out the audio of his first rant had been recorded. Combined with the rumors that more crew members are leaving the Mission: Impossible 7 set because of Cruise’s behavior, and it’s not surprising that the actor chose to take an early break from filming.
What do you make of the Tom Cruise situation? Do you think his angry outburst was justified or did he take it too far? Are you excited to see Mission: Impossible 7? Sound-off in the comments below.
