‘Avengers’ Star Tom Hiddleston Calls For Marvel To Save Charlie Cox’s ‘Daredevil’ Series

The #SaveDaredevil movement has gained a huge supporter as Avengers star Tom Hiddleston has called for Marvel to save Charlie Cox’s Daredevil series.

After a performance of Betrayal, a Broadway production featuring both Avengers star Tom Hiddleston and Daredevil actor Charlie Cox, the former began signing autographs for fans. During the autographing session, a group of dedicated Daredevil fans asked Avengers star Tom Hiddleston if he’d be kind enough to send a few words of encouragement to Marvel. Obliging, Tom Hiddleston responded with “Save Daredevil,” effectively making him a member of the coveted movement focused on bringing Charlie Cox’s Daredevil back to our screens.

Hopefully, Tom Hiddleston’s message gets across to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and company. Fans of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil have been quite outspoken by how harsh the cancellation was. Amassing thousands of signatures, the #SaveDaredevil movement is arguably one of the most popular comic-centric petitions to come out in recent memory and with an Avengers star supporting it, it’s bound to get even more popular.

One can only have hope that the message is spread far and wide to the Marvel bosses as Daredevil had quite a bit of story left in it. As fans know, the writers behind Daredevil had already planned out the show’s fourth season in its entirety only to realize that they had been canceled by their supervising companies.
