Tom Hiddleston Says There Is “Much To Explore” In Upcoming Disney+ ‘Loki’ Series

Tom Hiddleston can’t talk too much about the upcoming Disney+ Loki series but he will tease what it will be about which includes seeing the character in a way we haven’t before.

While speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Tom Hiddleston said little about the upcoming Disney+ series. He did, however, give us a few hints as to what we could expect. According to Tom Hiddleston, were going to be seeing Loki in a way that we haven’t seen him before. He further hints that there is so much to explore with his character in this regard:

It’s very, very exciting because in many ways it’s the character you know, but in a context you’ve never seen him in before. And if I say any more, I’m gonna say too much. So that’s what’s so thrilling — there’s so much to explore that I haven’t yet explored. That’s very exciting.

From the look of things, Tom Hiddleston is very eager to play this new version of Loki!

The last we saw of Tom Hiddleston’s  Loki was in Avengers: Endgame. The version that we had all gotten to know with the redemption arc in Thor: Ragnarok, however, was killed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. In Endgame, after a botched attempt to steal one of the Infinity Stones in the 2012 timeline, that version of Loki managed to get a hold of the Tesseract and disappear to parts unknown. The upcoming Disney+ series will follow that version of Loki and his adventures.

What do you all make of this news? Are you excited that Tom Hiddleston will be playing what is essentially a different version of Loki? What do you think of the upcoming Disney+ series? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
