The clock's ticking.
The God of Mischief is returning the Marvel Cinematic Universe very, very soon as Loki kicks off on Disney Plus on June 9, a little earlier than originally planned. The series will follow Tom Hiddleston’s anti-hero as he’s forced to work with the Time Variance Agency to keep the timeline in check, or be deleted from existence. And to keep fans excited, Marvel Studios has released a new poster for the show.
The fresh Loki art from Marvel Studios on Instagram shows off the characters against a giant clock-face, leaning into the time-travelling element of it all. Gugu Mbatha-Raw’s Ravonna is seen next to Wunmi Mosaku’s Hunter B-15 and Owen Wilson’s Mobius M. Mobius, while a mysterious hooded figure looms in the distance. And then there’s the animated, anthropomorphic clock that fans will probably fall in love with, a la Baby Yoda. Take a look below.
What do you make of Marvel Studios’ Loki poster? Are you excited to see Tom Hiddleston’s mischievous Asgardian return to the MCU? Sound-off in the comments below!
