Tom Holland Says ‘No One Is Ready’ For ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

For many comic book movie fans, Avengers: Infinity War is perhaps the most-anticipated superhero film of all time. After ten years of build-up, the film that the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe has been building to since 2008’s Iron Man will finally hit theaters in less than a year’s time. The film is still in production now, but one of the film’s stars, Spider-Man himself, Tom Holland, promises that it will not disappoint when we finally get to see it.

During a recent interview with the Toronto Sun, Spider-Man: Homecoming star Tom Holland spoke a bit about Infinity War, stating:

“It needs no teasing. That movie literally needs no teasing. It’s going to be the biggest movie of all time. Believe me, no one is ready for that movie. I don’t know anything about it or what it’s about. I know who the villain is, but that’s it. They don’t let me read anything because I’m so bad at keeping secrets.”

As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
