Top 15 ‘Luke Cage’ Easter Eggs

Luke Cage was dropped on Netflix this past Friday and has possibly the most easter eggs of any Marvel Netflix show thus far. So we’ve taken the trouble of compiling the top 15 Easter Eggs and references for you in no particular order.

1. Hero For Hire

Throughout the series, references to Luke Cage becoming a hero for hire are plentiful. In episode one after clearing out the thugs from Genghis Connie, the owners want to hire Luke to which he replies “I’m not for hire.” In episode 12 however, Method Man’s rap references Luke being a hero for hire.
