Toy Set May Reveal Key Character Appearance In ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’

LEGO toy set descriptions may have just revealed a key character appearance in Sony and Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Back in August, Tom Holland shared an Instagram video of his Peter Parker stunt double being hit by a huge wave of water, causing many fans to speculate on a possible Hydro-Man appearance in the film. It is now known that Spider-Man and Mysterio will be teaming up in the upcoming Homecoming sequel to take down Elemental monsters.

Romanian retailer Diverta LEGO set descriptions which were shared on Instagram for Spider-Man: Far From Home and they might have revealed the appearance of Hydro-Man and more in the film. The following set titles of “Molten Man’s Battle,” “Hydro-Man’s Attack,” and Stark’s Plane and Drone Attack” were shared.

Details on the plot are currently under wraps, though the film will follow Peter Parker as he joins his friends on a summer vacation in Europe and reportedly stars Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio. Introduced in The Amazing Spider-Man #13, the most well-known incarnation of Mysterio is a special effects wizard named Quentin Beck and the character has been a frequent foe for the web-head since his debut.

Directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, Numan Acar, J.B. Smoove, Oli Hill, Remy Hii, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Cobie Smulders, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.
