‘Toy Story 4’: Keanu Reeves Confirms His Role In The Film

Recently, Buzz Lightyear voice actor Tim Allen revealed that actor Keanu Reeves has a voice role in the upcoming Disney & Pixar sequel, Toy Story 4. While the character remains under-wraps, Reeves recently confirmed his involvement in the film with Collider.

When asked about his part in Toy Story 4, Reeves revealed that Pixar contacted him and has had four recording sessions for the film:

“I got a call which was really cool out the blue from the lovely people at Pixar and the creators of this number, this edition, or continuation of the story. They pitched the character to me and then we spoke and they allowed me to kind of riff on it.”

Keanu Reeves is one of the few new actors joining the beloved animated series to lend his voice to a brand new character. Reeves is joined by Tony Hale, who will voice Forky as well as Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele as Ducky and Bunny respectively.

Toy Story 4 will be released in theaters on June 21, 2019.
