The first image in question shows Bo Peep behind Woody and Buzz Lightyear, looking mischievously towards the viewer. Bo Peep was one of the few major characters from the first two Toy Story films who was missing from the third film. It was left ambiguous as to what happened to her but it was clearly a sore spot for Woody when it was mentioned and this latest film will supposedly revolve around our heroes trying to find her.
The second image appears to be promo art for the upcoming film, Frozen 2. The art in question doesn’t give us any idea as to what the plot may be like but it does show Anna and Elsa in what appears to be an autumn setting.
You can see both images and all that they hint at below:
What do you all make of these images? Are you eager to see Woody, Buzz, and company come back for one more adventure in Toy Story 4? Should they have left it at Toy Story 3? Are you eager to see another installment in the Frozen series? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
Here is the synopsis for Toy Story 4:
Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
Directed by Josh Cooley from a script written by Stephany Folsom, Toy Story 4 features the voice talents of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Annie Potts, Joan Cusack, Blake Clark, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Estelle Harris, Jodi Benson, Michael Keaton, Jeff Pidgeon, Kristen Schaal, Bonnie Hunt, Timothy Dalton, Jeff Garlin, Laurie Metcalf, Lori Alan, Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele and Keanu Reeves.
Toy Story 4 will be released in theaters on June 21, 2019.
Frozen 2 is set to be released on November 22, 2019.
