‘Valerian’ Sneak Peek Released; Trailer In Five Days

Comic book adaptations are the big thing in Hollywood at the moment, and Luc Besson is looking to get involved in the movement with his movie Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. Based on the Valerian and Laureline comics, there’s a sneak peek for us all to watch before a trailer is released in 5 days.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets stars Dane DeHaan and Cara Delevingne, who are both no stranger to comic-books-turned-movies. Dehaan of course starred in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 as Harry Osborn and Delevingne took on the role of the big bad in Suicide Squad. Watch the snippet below!

The sneak peek doesn’t really show much, besides the awesome costumes the duo will have to wear. It better serves as an announcement that a trailer is on the way, and that’s fine by us.

Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) are special operatives for the government of the human territories charged with maintaining order throughout the universe. Valerian has more in mind than a professional relationship with his partner- blatantly chasing after her with propositions of romance. But his extensive history with women, and her traditional values, drive Laureline to continuously rebuff him.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets is looking to hit theaters in Summer 2017.
