‘WandaVision’ Reveals How Long It’s Been Since ‘Avengers: Endgame’

Time goes fast when you're getting over your dead android boyfriend.

The latest episode of WandaVision revealed how much time has passed since the dramatic finale of Avengers: Endgame.

Warning! Spoilers ahead for WandaVision episode four.

So although it was already clear WandaVision was taking place relatively close to Avengers: Endgame just because Wanda Maximoff is grappling with Vision’s death – the series has revealed exactly how long it’s been since the Avengers faced off against Thanos and saved reality itself. And it does so through the eyes of a character who first showed up in Captain Marvel; Monica Rambeau.

When Monica returns from the Blip, she finds herself sitting next to a hospital bed before searching for her mother, Maria Rambeau. Once she’s dealt with the troubling revelation of her death, the series jumps ahead three weeks when Monica returns to work at the Sentient Weapon Observation and Response Division (S.W.O.R.D.) before jumping into the mystery of Wanda and Westview. So it’s been three weeks since Earth’s Mightiest Heroes defeated Thanos and saved the universe in Avengers: Endgame, no wonder Scarlet Witch is only just dealing with her grief.

What did you think to the latest episode of WandaVision? Were you surprised that it takes place so soon after Avengers: Endgame? Sound-off in the comments below!
