Warner Bros. has officially released the first trailer for their upcoming Dune reboot. The incredibly talented cast already had many fans excited to see Dune and now the first footage should definitely ramp up their hype. The trailer itself is beautiful, mind blowing, eerie and brings it all together with a chopped and screwed rendition of Pink Floyd’s Eclipse.
Audiences are introduced to Timothee Chalamet’s version Paul Atreides in this futuristic/hellish world brought to life by the mind of Denis Villeneuve. The film’s star studded cast shine in the footage, which should certainly make fans want to see more. You can check out the action-packed trailer for Dune below.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve from a script he co-wrote with Eric Roth and Jon Spaihts, Dune stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, Stellan Skarsgard, Charlotte Rampling, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem.
A synopsis of Dune reads as follows:
Set in the distant future, Dune tells the story of Paul Atreides whose family accepts control of the desert planet Arrakis. As the only producer of a highly valuable resource, control of Arrakis is highly contested among the noble families. After Paul and his family are betrayed, the story explores themes of politics, religion, and man’s relationship to nature as Paul leads a rebellion to restore his family’s control of Arrakis.
