Who Should Star In The Harley Quinn Solo Movie? We Have Some Ideas!

The Birds of Prey is the all-female group with a mixture of heroes, anti-heroes, and villains who work together in times of need. The main members are Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl Aka Oracle, Huntress, and Black Canary, and  20 other members who waver in and out of the group depending on the timeline. Based on the rumors say we may see at least the three main members along with others. One of whom you should already recognize…

Karen Fukuhara as Katana

Remember Katana, the sword-wielding warrior from the Suicide Squad? Well, she is also a member of the Birds of Prey.  Expect to see her make an appearance.

Katheryn Winnick as Black Canary

The Vikings actress has all the qualifications of a superhero. She does her own stunts, has practiced Karate for over 20 years, and is a certified bodyguard.  She’s been dying to get into the superhero game for two years, especially since fans were calling for her to be cast as Captain Marvel. Since that role went to Bree Larson, DC/WB looks like it has some doors opening up soon. They should make her an offer as I’m sure she would definitely jump at the opportunity.

Elle Fanning as Batgirl

If the production is looking for a younger version of  Batgirl this is where they should find her. The Maleficent and The Neon Demon actress has shown she is made up of sugar and spice, which is exactly what she needs to put on the Batsuit. She has over 10 years of dance training which will definitely help her with stunts and fight scenes.

However, if the Oracle is older in the DCEU, then Batgirls older self should be actress Natascha Mcelhone

Nicole Beharie as Vixen

From what I’ve researched, Vixen isn’t a member of the Birds of Prey, but since films can take all the liberties they want,  I suggest adding this character to the cast over the Huntress. Beharie spent four seasons on the Fox hit show, Sleepy Hollow.  On the show, she exhibited an extreme about of athleticism which makes her great for Vixen. This is an awesome character and this is the perfect opportunity to introduce this character to comic movie fans.

Do you agree with this list? Have some other ideas for casting? Let us know what you think!
