Reg E. Cathey, known for his roles on HBO's The Wire and 20th Century Fox's Fantastic Four has passed away at the age of 59.
Reg E. Cathey first started acting in the 1984 television movie A Doctor’s Story. The actor’s credits also include appearances on NBC’s Grimm, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as the Cinemax horror-drama Outcast from The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, and HBO’s OZ.
Reg E. Cathey was nominated for an Emmy for outstanding guest actor award for his role as the owner of a BBQ joint on House of Cards in 2014, 2015, and 2016, of which he won in 2015.
