Production Has Kicked Off On James Mangold’s Sequel To ‘The Wolverine’

While we continue to learn additions to the cast of James Mangold’s upcoming third entry in the Wolverine franchise, it seems that that the cameras are already rolling when it comes to Hugh Jackman’s final time popping the claws as the character. Filming under the code name Juarez, the sequel to The Wolverine officially kicked off production on Monday in New Orleans. The film’s production designer Francois Audouy revealed the following image from the first day of filming on Instagram.

Currently details regarding the plot of the film are being kept heavily under wraps. At the momemt, the James Mangold directed film’s cast consists of Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E.
