An artist by the name of MessyPandas shared an image on his Twitter last night that creates a fan poster for Wonder Woman 1984, but with the style and color of the original Bohemian Rhapsody poster. But instead of Rami Malek’s Freddie Mercury and the sentence “Fearless Lives Forever,” we have Gal Gadot’s Diana with the caption “Love Lives Forever.” Here, have a look:
While we’ve got some time before Wonder Woman 1984 hits theaters, there will no doubt be a lot of mock-ups and interpretations fans create for how they believe Diana will see the 1980s in her second film. Given how Bohemian Rhapsody does take place during that time period, it makes sense that one would draw a correlation between that and the second Wonder Woman film.
But what do you think of the fan art? Do you like the combination of Wonder Woman 1984 and Bohemian Rhapsody? And what do you imagine the official poster for the film will look like? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Connie Nielsen and Robin Wright. The film will be released in theaters on June 5, 2020. Bohemian Rhapsody is currently playing in theaters.
