Gal Gadot Leaps Leaps Into Action In ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ Suit

Behind the scenes images continue to leak as we now have another look at Gal Gadot in action from the set of Wonder Woman 1984.

The images in question show Gal Gadot on the set of Wonder Woman 1984 apparently running towards someone. Details are hard to make out but Gal Gadot is clearly straining to do so. The two images show Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in two different lightings. It’s not clear if the image was edited after or if it was another angle and/or take.

Full details on the Wonder Woman 1984 plot are currently unknown, though the film will follow the titular hero as she comes into conflict with the Soviet Union in the 1980s and encounters a formidable new adversary named Cheetah.

Directed by Patty Jenkins from a script she co-wrote with David Callaham and a treatment she developed with Geoff Johns, Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wigg, Pedro Pascal, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, Gabriella Wilde, Connie Nielson, and Robin Wright.

The film will be produced by Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder, Zack Snyder, Jenkins, Stephen Jones, and Gadot. Rebecca Roven Oakley, Richard Suckle, Wesley Coller, Johns, and Walter Hamada serve as executive producers.

The DCEU continues forward with Shazam! which is now playing, Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), on February 7, 2020, and Wonder Woman 1984 on June 5, 2020. A standalone Joker film set outside of the DC Films universe starring Joaquin Phoenix as the Clown Prince of Crime is also set to hit theaters October 4, 2019.
