Earlier today, Reddit user MBilalZubairi posted a screenshot of the movie theater chain’s website. On it, a sprawling banner advertises Walt Disney Studios’ Mary Poppins Returns. As expected, a smirking Mary Poppins (Emily Blunt) peaks out from the right side of the banner. On the left? A scowling Michael Rooker as Peter Quill’s daddy, Yondu, from the first two Guardians of the Galaxy films. You can check out the banner below:
Fans will recall how excited Yondu got towards the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 when Star-Lord compared Yondu to the famous film icon while the duo safely floated to the ground clinging to Yondu’s magic arrow. Yondu’s joyful response has since become a fan favorite quote:
I’m Mary Poppins, y’all!
