The mid-season finale for Young Justice: Outsiders will be setting up for their adaption of a famous Teen Titans storyline.
Throughout the third season of Young Justice, the DC heroes have been investigating metahuman trafficking. The character Brion Markov from Markovia has been trying to find his sister Tara. Tara has been a major character throughout all of DC lore, specifically the Teen Titans. When she made her first television appearance in the original Teen Titans show on Cartoon Network, fans were in love with the character and her story. But as we all know, Tara was working with Slade Wilson, a.k.a. Deathstroke, something that was unknown to the Titans. This seems like what will be happening in Young Justice as well.
After the Outsiders rescue Tara and bring her back, she stays with Artemis and Red Arrow. Upon her arrival, she sends out a text and then it cuts to a scene revealing who’s on the receiving end –Deathstroke, with the text reading “I’m in.” As any fan of the comics knows, Tara and Deathstroke together typically only brings one story to mind: The Judas Contract.
Audiences can expect the arrival of Tara to become become a pivotal part of the story that connects to the larger story going on in Young Justice: Outsiders.
