Man of Steel featured an abandoned Kryptonian spaceship that had been on Earth 20,000 years ago, which provided Clark Kent with both information about his heritage and his iconic Superman suit. When an inquisitive fan asked Zack Snyder if there was a connection between the spacecraft and the history lesson scene in Justice League, which depicted the Amazons, Atlanteans, and humans uniting to protect Earth from Steppenwolf, the filmmaker said that there is a long answer to that question that will be explained later. However, he did tease that the answer is connected to the empty “cresch” on the spacecraft.
