Zack Snyder Described His Thoughts On ‘Wonder Woman’ In One Word

Zack Snyder, best known as the man who kickstarted the DC Extended Universe, has one word to describe Wonder Woman. The director of Man of Steel and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice posted the following word on social media app Vero:

“Proud”

The caption came along with a photo of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.

Zack Snyder has a lot invested in Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman, especially because he aided in the creation of the Warner Bros. film, and was given a story credit. In addition, he cast Gadot as the titular hero in Batman V Superman, where she first appeared in the role.

What are your thoughts on Zack Snyder’s feelings towards Wonder Woman? Comment below and let us know.

The film stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Lisa Loven Kongsli as Menalippe, Danny Huston as General Erich Ludendorff, David Thewlis as Sir Patrick Morgan, Elena Anaya as Doctor Maru, Ewen Bremner as Charlie, Saïd Taghmaoui as Sameer and Eugene Brave Rock as the Chief.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Wonder Woman is now playing.
