Deadpool & Wolverine Get The Perfect ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Poster Treatment

Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine get the perfect Avengers: Endgame poster treatment after the release of new character posters on Tuesday.

Now that the Disney-Fox deal has closed, Marvel Studios has successfully acquired the rights to the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool. Due to his success, it appears Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool will be the only Fox-Marvel character to continue under the ownership of Disney. That means fans can expect new actors to portray iconic X-Men characters like Wolverine, Professor X, Magneto, and more in the future.

Marvel Studios just released new Endgame character posters of the the heroes who survived and fell to Thanos’ snap. The internet ran with the poster concept and the tagline “Avenge the fallen” across the top. The talented BossLogic decided to put an X-Men twist on the latest Endgame posters. The art features Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool as the surviving hero and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine as the fallen. Of course, Hugh Jackman will no longer play Wolverine after his final performance as the character in Logan, but Ryan Reynolds is expected to continue as Deadpool. You can check out the art below!

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo,  Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, with Gwyneth Paltrow, and Josh Brolin.

Avengers: Endgame will be released in theaters on April 26, 2019.
