Avengers 4 co-director Joe Russo continues to joke about Mark Ruffalo’s firing, who “revealed” the title for the upcoming Marvel Studios film.
The rumored title for the upcoming film is Annihilation but Marvel Studios continues to keep the title a closely-guarded secret. Ruffalo, known for spoiling the top-secret films in the past, “revealed” the title on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The Tonight Show bit censored what Ruffalo was saying, however, the Russo brothers responded by “firing” the Hulk actor after his appearance on the show. During a Q&A at Duello Bar in Los Angeles, Russo was asked by a fan if Ruffalo was still fired. Russo responded by saying:
“Yes, we fired Mark Ruffalo. Mark’s fired.”
