The Defenders 

Finally. After four series, five seasons and 65 episodes, the upcoming crossover event The Defenders is starting production very soon. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist will unite together to defeat the biggest threat they’ve ever faced.

But who is strong enough to battle these four heroes? Marvel TV President Jeph Loeb had the answer: Sigourney Weaver. The queen of science-fiction will be the primary antagonist of the series, and although we are uncertain about the identity of her character, the fact that Weaver is now portraying a Marvel villain is what dreams are made of.

All episodes of The Defenders will be available to stream on Netflix sometime in 2017.
